Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using any part of the Mexquant Labs platform available at mexquantlabs.com. 5.2 User-Submitted Content

If you submit, post, or upload any content to the platform, including forum responses, assignments, or feedback, you grant Mexquant Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purposes of operating and improving the platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mexquant Labs and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall the total liability of Mexquant Labs for all claims related to the platform exceed the amount paid by you to Mexquant Labs in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty euros if no such payments were made.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mexquant Labs, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
